As the Broker and CEO, Joe leads our team by casting vision, insuring excellence, and setting strategic objectives and goals to constantly improve our services. He also specializes in putting win-win-win deals together for our investors by utilizing his skills and joy in financial analysis and negotiations. YesiRent's company culture is very important to Joe. He often tells the team that "as we grow bigger, we must get smaller."

Joe’s experience is as vast in real estate as his entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from a Columbus State University with a Business Management degree, he started a cleaning company. Soon it would lead him back to the company he worked for in high school, Chick-fil-A. His time with Chick-fil-A totaled 15 years, the final six years were as an Owner/Operator.  After successfully profiting on several real estate deals, Joe took a great leap-of-faith to become a full-time real estate investor in 2007.

The foreclosure crisis during this time created the ideal climate for Joe to learn all aspects of real estate investing. Since 2006, he has bought and sold over 450 homes, renovated over 1000 properties, and represented clients in well over $100 million dollars in real estate investing and purchases in the Metro Atlanta market.

It became clear early in his real estate investing career that in-house, investor-focused property management could really help his investors and his own properties' performance. Bravo Group, now YesiRent Property Management was born in 2008 as a result.

Joe's faith, family and friends, music, golf, and motorcycles keep him busy and his life complete.

Growing up in a family business, Travis had an up-close look at what "being the boss" was like. It often requires longer hours and an immense amount of sacrifice but is fueled by the success of clients and employees. Helping people grow and win is what it is all about. In his experience with both Fortune 500 companies and small family businesses, the biggest lesson he has learned is that “there are no shortcuts.”

Travis has worked in the real estate business in some capacity since 1994, first as a realtor, then as a top producing mortgage loan officer. In 2002, he began purchasing rental homes of his own and discovered there was a real need for a professional property management service. And thus, Travis co-founded Cutting Edge Property Management in 2004 and then became CEO of Lighthouse Property Management.

Under Travis’s leadership, Lighthouse grew to more than $25,000,000 in managed assets and is now merging with Bravo Group Real Estate to form YesiRent.com, creating an institution with more than 26 combined years of property management experience and more than 37 combined years of real estate experience.

Travis brings his experience and know-how into every aspect of service to our valued clients (be they owner or tenant) and vendors to produce the best results possible for those that entrust us with one of their most valuable assets. He understands that happy tenants are at the core of our success and works diligently every day to improve their stay, be it maintenance issues or internal processes to better serve their needs. Travis also works with best-in-class vendors to ensure they are equipped to carry out maintenance and renovation needs with world class service for both owners and tenants.

Travis really understands the importance of family and enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenagers. He also sneaks in a round of golf when he can and pull for the Bulldogs every Saturday in the fall. 

Travis holds a BA in Management from Clayton State College, where he also received his certificate as a Licensed Broker.

Tracy has held many positions during her 7 year tenure with Bravo Group. From an agent’s and property manager’s administrative assistant to now being an agent and property manager in her own right, Tracy has moved up the ladder of this company with remarkable success in every position.

She has come to realize that communication and efficiency are key property management. Being able to respectfully handle all manners of difficult and often convoluted situations while simultaneously working to create an atmosphere beneficial to all parties is her super power.

Having spent her early adult years as an elementary teacher, she can certainly handle the pressure. And her additional experience as a bookkeeper/tax preparer/office manager gives her a great head for all of the numbers that property managers must juggle. Her most compelling career memories are when she has been able to resolve conflicts between tenants and owners to the satisfaction of all parties.

Tracy is an ardent reader and enjoys getting lost in the characters and plots of a book.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Arts from Gordon College as well as a Georgia State Real Estate License. She also continually updates and refreshes her knowledge through continued education courses in property management.

A geek at heart, Crystal loves and is experienced in varying aspects of logistics and analytics. With six years of combined real estate and rental home management experience, and an additional two and a half years of administrative experience for a full service repair and renovation company, Crystal knows that proper procedures and protocols benefit all parties and that daily tasks and various collaborations work more smoothly and efficiently when processes are structured properly.

In 2015, Crystal utilized her skills in logistics and analytics as Director of Maintenance for Bravo Group Real Estate to create and revitalize the maintenance department. During her two-year tenure, she and her team were able to revamp the entire maintenance system and reduce the number of active work tickets by 50% while also shortening work completion and invoice processing time for that 1000+ property portfolio.

She now utilizes her skills to create ever evolving and improving procedures and protocols for YesiRent. In addition, she assists intraoffice personnel with technical issues and implementation of existing and newly created processes, procedures and protocols.

Crystal also assists our clients by creating and communicating scopes of repairs during vacancy and adds valuable advice and experience with regard to regular maintenance issues. Having previous experience with rental home maintenance and renovations from both the management side and the contractor side has given her a unique perspective of what it takes to keep properties well maintained.

In her spare time, Crystal is an avid hiker/adventurer. She loves exploring the beauty and wonder of God's creation and challenging herself with out-of-the-box activities like archery, tree climbing, mud runs and obstacle courses.

Crystal holds a BA in Psychology from Arkansas State University, where she also minored in both Sociology and Art.

William Gilmer

After 4 years as a law enforcement officer, William followed his passion into the wold of construction and renovation.  With over 20 years of experience in the industry, William has spent most of his life within the repair, construction and renovation world. For 10 years, he has owned and operated his own HVAC, electrical and plumbing services company. He has experience that stretches from high-end commercial construction to inexpensive residential repair projects.

Though technically-minded by nature, William is most fulfilled when he is able to really make a difference in the lives of our owners and tenants. One particular 3AM phone call comes to mind. An electrical panel had failed in a home, leaving a single mom and her 3 kids with no power in the dead of winter. To make matters worse, she had just moved to the area and had no friends, family or transportation. Being able to assist them in getting to a hotel for a few days while the issue was resolved was a joyous experience the likes of which makes his job worth while. 

In his current position, William works diligently to provide detailed inspections and scopes of vacant properties so that homes can be made ready for new tenants. He has a passion for construction and renovations, and he prides himself on staying up-to-date on current practices, produces, and techniques.

From rebuilding motorcycles to fine wood-work, William loves working with his hands, even in his spare time.

William is an InterNATCHI Certified Home inspector, EarthCraft Certified Builder and holds certifications as follows: EPA level II, OSHA, Small Equipment Operator

After 9 years of construction-related businesses, Amber transition into the administrative and communications area of Lighthouse Property Management, where she has been for the last 2 years. She now uses her customer service experience to assist tenants, owners, vendors and real estate agents.  I am experienced with almost all aspects of customer/tenant/owner issues.

Amber enjoys communicating with tenants and hear the joy of them being approved. Amber understands that moving can be a stressful experience but can also be a joyful one as she interacts with and learns about the tenants and assists them in their transition into their new homes.

Amber’s favorite pastime is spending time with her three children.  Family is important to her, and she tries to make the most out of my spare time with them.

Our youngest and most recent addition, Hannah is often the glue that holds all of the pieces together. 

Hannah spends the majority of her time working to resolve maintenance issues in our occupied homes. She coordinates with tenants, owners, & vendors to see that matters resolved as quickly as possible, and does it all with a smile. In addition, Hannah fills in a multitude of other areas, including acting as receptions, and jumps in wherever else she may be needed.

Through this experience with customer service, she is learning what it takes to run a business and takes much away from her experiences with tenants, vendors, and owners.  Her faith ever important to her, Hannah sees any day that she can help someone to make their life easier is a win for herself. 

Hannah is a tremendous football fan. The beginning of September is her favorite time of the year, as football brings people together to enjoy the games, the athletes, and fellowship with friends and family. 

Hannah is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree.

Under Dave’s profit-and-loss leadership a large Atlanta office was #1 in quota achievement for the region. He was also ranked #3 in business-to-business sales productions for the nation out of more than 100 producers for that same company.

Dave is licensed in the state of Georgia for Real Estate Sales as well as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

When Dave has down time, he enjoys watching sports, working out and spending time with his family. Dave also enjoys travelling.
