Rent Collection & Owner Payments

Arrange Lease Renewals
- Contact tenant approx. 60 days prior to lease termination date
- Coordinate and execute necessary documents for lease renewals
- Work with tenant to prepare home for re-renting when not renewing
Perform Move Out Inspection
- Perform move-out inspection and provide written and video documentation
- Evaluate property and process deductions from security deposit according to lease
- Obtain contractor quote and return property to rent-ready status upon owner approval
